Workshop Location, Travel and Accomodation
Location
The workshop will be held in the auditorium at the new SNOLAB surface
facility building. This is at the SNOLAB site at INCO's Creighton
mine #9 shaft in Lively near
Sudbury.

obey traffic signs while on INCO property (eg. stop signs and speed
limits).
Shuttle Service from Hotels
We are arranging bus transportation between the recommended hotels and the SNOLAB site. Following is a preliminary schedule:
Mon and Tue (21 & 22 Aug):
8:00am Depart Travelodge Hotel
Monday and Tuesday:
5:15pm Depart SNOLAB site
5:45-6pm Drop off at Hotel
We will also arrange for transportation from the Travelodge to the banquet location on Monday evening.
Accommodation
We have arranged a block reservation at the Travelodge Hotel for SNOLAB Workshop participants. The rate is $81 CDN (+ taxes) or $123 CDN (+ taxes) for a double suite. A reservation must be made before August 1st. Please see the

Travel
Travel to Sudbury, Canada, is arranged by the participants. Sudbury has a local airport
(
Sudbury Airport YSB),
where rental cars or taxis are available for transport to hotels.
Travelers may also choose to rent a car from
Toronto Airport
and drive approximately 4.5 hours to Sudbury.
A minibus will provide transport from the above arranged hotels to the workshop site
according to a schedule to be posted on the website and announced at the workshop.

Meals and Restaurants
Coffee service and lunches are planned and will be included in the
registration fee. Also a banquet dinner is planned - check back for
more information soon.
